NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with a remarkable Insurance Defense Law Firm seeking to hire multiple Litigation Attorneys who specialize in Personal Injury. Our client has multiple offices throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona and these positions will be fully remote!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Arizona (dual license in other states is a huge perk)
• 4+ years of Insurance Defense experience 
• Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and commercial trucking cases (trucking is required)
• Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions - strong court presence experience
• Maintain at the min 160-180 billable hours
