Senior Human Resources Business Partner

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a retail and financial services organization to identify a Regional Human Resources Manager. This role is fully remote for candidates based in the DFW area and will support multi-unit field operations across talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments, enjoys partnering closely with field leadership, and can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day employee support.


Required:

  • Current or previous HR experience within retail or financial services in a multi-location environment
  • Experience supporting staffing, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management initiatives
  • Strong background in talent development, succession planning, and workforce analytics
  • Ability to partner closely with operational leadership in KPI-driven environments
  • Must be based in the DFW area


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are nice to have, but are not required
  • Experience supporting labor relations and organizational culture initiatives
  • Background in retail operations or consumer-facing service environments
