NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with a remarkable client in North Dallas, as they are seeking to hire a Senior Compensation Analyst with a specialty in Stock Plan Administration. This is a direct hire opportunity working alongside an incredible team in the Total Rewards group.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Business-Related or equivalent field
  • 7+ years of compensation experience within a publicly traded environment
  • Well-versed in stock plan administration, executive and corporate comp plan, including LTIs, and bonus programs
  • Ability to assist with stock plan audits and reporting, and manage vendor relationships
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are required; Word experience is preferred
