NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with an exciting organization specializing in the SaaS space, as they are seeking to hire Revenue Planning and Analysis Manager to their team. This is a newly created role due to exponential growth and will be working with an exceptional leadership team.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Finance with a focus in B2B
  • Advanced and hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce Software
  • Heavy data mining, forecasting and re-forecasting on active & new business around renewals and new deals (sales focused)
  • Prior experience tracking sales and ROI's with the ability to perform "Actionable Insight" around sales activities
  • Ability to help track budgets vs revenue vs spending is required
  • Skilled in managing processes not people
