Part-time Receptionist. Part-time Administrative Assistant. NextStep Recruiting is seeking a receptionist or administrative assistant for a 20-30-hour-per-week schedule in a great office in Harlingen, TX. Our client would like someone on-site Monday – Friday, ideally 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., but that can be flexible. Job duties will be to answer phone calls, greet guests and vendors in the front lobby, handle packages/shipping, order lunches, manage the calendar, office supplies, break room supplies, etc.
