Onsite Support Specialist

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a healthcare solutions provider to find an Onsite Support Specialist. An ideal candidate will be flexible, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This as-needed, on-call position supports healthcare professionals during urgent labor disruption events, ensuring smooth logistics and excellent service throughout their assignments. We are specifically looking for support professionals who would be able to travel and work to provide support in multiple places in the US. Our Current need is in Southern California.


This is a face-to-face support specialist role.


Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel with as little as 3 days’ notice for assignments lasting 5–14 days

• Availability to work inconsistent, on-call schedules


Preferred:

• College coursework or degree (AA/BA)

• Experience in travel coordination, customer service, or sales operations

• Familiarity with transportation, housing logistics, or reconciliation processes
