NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a professional services organization to identify a Litigation Paralegal in the Fort Worth area. This role is fully onsite for the first 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Will support complex personal injury litigation, case management, and trial preparation while partnering directly with a dedicated attorney.


This position is ideal for an experienced plaintiff litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing cases from inception through trial, and takes pride in producing high-quality legal work with exceptional attention to detail.


Required:

  • 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, with trucking litigation strongly preferred
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, demand packages, and discovery responses
  • Proven ability to independently manage a caseload of 50–75 active litigation files
  • Experience supporting trial preparation, coordinating with experts, and managing litigation deadlines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and grammar


Preferred:

  • College degree or Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience with Filevine or similar case management platforms
  • Familiarity with federal court procedures and commercial trucking litigation
  • Experience auditing medical records, case expenses, liens, and damages documentation
  • Knowledge of Texas personal injury litigation procedures, including common discovery and evidentiary deadlines
