NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with a remarkable Insurance Defense Law Firm seeking to hire multiple Litigation Attorneys who specialize in Personal Injury and Insurance Defense. Our client has multiple offices throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizonia and these positions will be fully remote!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas and Oklahoma (dual license in other states is a huge perk)
• 7+ years of Insurance Defense experience 
• Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and commercial trucking cases (trucking is required)
• Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions - strong court presence experience
• Maintain at the min 160-180 billable hours 
• If they have a book of business they can bring with them, that is amazing
• Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
