Our client is growing exponentially, organically, and through acquisitions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the territory of Southern California and all human resources activities.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or the Business Administration field is required
• Seeking someone with 8+ years of corporate Human Resources Management supporting California employees
• Experienced in HR employee matters relating to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and terminations
• Advanced knowledge of benefits administration, 401 (k), COBRA, workers' compensation, leave of absence, and retirement is required
• Compliance reporting, HR laws, and regulations
• Paycor HRIS is strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
