NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing technology and communications organization seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys proactively identifying talent, partnering with hiring leaders, and managing searches from initial sourcing through offer.
The Corporate Recruiter will manage recruiting efforts across multiple locations and business functions nationwide, including technical, sales, operations, and management positions.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions across different functions, levels, and geographic markets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting resources.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines using both traditional and creative sourcing techniques.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple recruiting priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Conduct talent and market research to identify candidate pools and sourcing opportunities.
- Communicate compensation, benefits and employment information to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate offers and pre-employment activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems.
- Provide recruiting updates and reporting to hiring leaders.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders across multiple locations.
- Support recruiting initiatives and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting technical, sales, operations and/or management professionals.
- Strong proactive sourcing and candidate research skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong hiring manager partnership and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-through.
- Ability to work effectively with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presence and ability to communicate confidently with leaders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting military veterans.
- Experience recruiting for a multi-location or nationwide organization.
