Plant Manager. Manufacturing Plant Manager. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large manufacturer with a manufacturing facility out in the Weatherford, TX area, who is looking to hire an experienced Plant Manager. 

Candidates should have:

• 5+ years of manufacturing, plant management experience, including experience managing safety regulations and compliance, managing budgets, project management, training, etc.
• Strong lean manufacturing training and experience
• Strong manufacturing industry experience with a plus in molds or die casting, or extrusion in steel, metals, plastics, etc.. a plus
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
• Strong leadership experience and strong communication skills.
