Accounts Payable Specialist. Inventory Accounts Payable Specialist. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large distributor and manufacturer in Plano, TX, who is urgently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with strong experience in handling inventory or freight invoices for a long-term contract, possibly leading to a contract-to-hire engagement. 

Candidates should have:

• Four plus years of progressive, large corporation, full-cycle, 3-way matching experience
• Experience working through large, complex, detailed inventory freight invoices
• Strong problem-solving skills to work through and resolve errors
• Strong Excel skills.

This role is onsite in the Plano, TX area, so a commute to N. Plano must be ok. Our client has a large, close-knit team - if you enjoy working closely with a team that supports one another, this is a great contract for you!
