NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization to identify a Funds Transfer Specialist supporting government investment clients. This role will support daily client transactions, account activity, and operational processing within a fast-paced financial environment.

This position is ideal for someone with a banking or financial services background who enjoys client interaction, transaction processing, and detail-oriented operational work. The right candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

Required:

• Background in banking, treasury operations, or financial services client support
• Experience processing wires, ACH transactions, or related funds transfer activity
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and reconciliation skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients regarding account activity and transactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience supporting government, municipal, or institutional clients
• Background handling account monitoring, reporting, or operational reconciliations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook
• Experience supporting operational or client service teams within a financial institution
