The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Accounting is required
• At least 6+ years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing industry, 3+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to maintain cost accounting, inventory control, and budget costs vs actual production costs
• Advanced knowledge in handling raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Advanced Excel skills are required, along with MS Dynamics or Navision ERP
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing company with the ability to anticipate what needs to be done
• A proactive self-starter, leads by example, and drives processes is highly desired
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and work independently with minimal direction
