NextStep Recruiting is working with a growing financial organization in the Dallas, TX area, which is seeking to hire a Remarketing / Titles Manager due to the expansion of its business. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of previous title, re-marketing, or consumer collections experience
• Responsible for managing a team of employees and the process of both the Remarketing and Titling departments.
• Requires the ability to monitor, assign, and follow up on cases for repossessions, auctions, and titles for funded contracts
• Knowledge & prior experience understanding the Uniform Commercial Code
• Ability to adhere to FDCPA, federal laws & regulations
• Previous call center experience in the automotive or recreational vehicle is required
• Being bilingual in Spanish is nice to have, but not required
