NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a consumer technology organization to identify a Scrum Master supporting a large-scale Data Engineering and Data Product environment in Plano, TX. This role is onsite and will support Agile delivery, cross-functional coordination, and operational discipline within a growing enterprise data organization.

This position is ideal for a Scrum Master who understands modern data platforms and can operate effectively within highly technical data engineering environments. The right candidate is process-oriented, collaborative, and capable of identifying delivery risks before they become major issues.

Required:

• Prior Scrum Master experience supporting Data Engineering, Data Platform, or Data Product teams

• Strong conceptual understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data platforms, data warehouses, and enterprise data delivery

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with strong Jira and delivery management discipline

• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Data, and leadership teams

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical delivery concerns into business impact

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Snowflake, Python-based ecosystems, or large-scale enterprise data environments

• Background within enterprise-scale or consulting-led technology organizations

• Experience supporting capacity planning, forecasting, and Agile delivery reporting

• Scrum certification, such as CSM or PSM

• Experience helping establish structure and process within growing Agile organizations
