NextStep Recruiting is working with a well-established financial services firm in downtown Dallas on a confidential search for a Regulatory Reporting Manager. This is a high-impact opportunity with strong visibility across the organization. Our client offers a collaborative, professional environment and is looking for someone with a mix of technical expertise and a process improvement mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the preparation and submission of key regulatory filings (Call Reports, FR Y-9C, and others).
• Conduct validation checks, data analysis, and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Risk, Treasury, Legal, and Accounting departments to support accurate, timely filings.
• Assist with quarterly earnings support and SEC disclosure processes (10-Q/10-K).
• Contribute to system enhancements, automation initiatives, and control improvements.
• Respond to regulatory and audit inquiries with professionalism and thorough documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting (e.g., FR Y-9C, Call Reports) is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables) and comfort working across systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to commute to downtown Dallas.
