NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a client in Coppell, TX, to find a SaaS Trainer to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging customer training sessions and provide post-training support to ensure effective use of the software.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials (documentation, presentations, and videos) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage training schedules, support onboarding/configurations, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with previous experience in training, teaching, or customer-facing instruction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in virtual training tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; multilingual skills (Spanish/French) are a plus.
