Human Resources Generalist. NextStep Recruiting is searching for an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a fantastic Fort Worth, TX client to cover a long-term leave of absence. Candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s degree
• Three (3) + years of corporate human resources experience
• Good experience with an HRIS system entering in HR information such as new hires, promotions, terminations, resignations, benefits questions, etc. Workday software is a big plus!
• Strong customer service mentality and a great team player

This long-term HR contractor will be joining a fantastic team and company with a great work culture. The hourly pay rate is very good, and there is a good work-life balance. The role is on-site in downtown Fort Worth, so a commute to Fort Worth must be ok. The role will start in mid-November and more than likely go into May 2026. There is some chance the role could move into a permanent role but our client can’t promise that. Please apply today if this long-term contract role interests you and you have 3+ years of corporate HR experience. Thank you!
