The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or negotiations
• Able to oversee a team of up to 10 direct reports
• Provide leadership motivation through people management, coaching and development, performance reviews, and recognition programs
• Achieve department growth by exceeding sales goals, and effective planning for increased future performance
• Previous Financial Services Industry, specifically in Debt Settlement or Debt Relief, is required
