NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growth-focused financial organization to identify a Product Manager to support the evolution and expansion of a core digital platform. This role will help shape product direction, define new features, and support the delivery of initiatives that drive user adoption and business growth. Required:

• Demonstrated experience in product management within fintech or digital financial services environments
• Hands-on experience working in Agile product development environments
• Ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog aligned to business goals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience using data and KPIs to guide product decisions

Preferred:

• Experience supporting product launches and scaling digital products
• Background working with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Proficiency with common business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
