NextStep Recruiting has joined hands once again with a growing healthcare client located in the North Dallas area who is seeking to hire multiple Insurance Representatives with strengths in Reverifications due to continued growth. Seeking professional individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the desire to be a part of an integral team. 

• Reverify insurance coverage and benefits for existing patients monthly to maintain up-to-date records
• Accurately document and update patient insurance information and verification notes in the system
• Work and submit reports on verification activities, rejections, and resolutions for management review.
• Familiarity with ACA, Marketplace, Medicare/Medicaid, VA, TRICARE, and Native Indian Healthcare is strongly preferred
• Experience in performing detailed and complex research and problem-solving is a must
• Previous large company Healthcare or CBO experience is required for this role, along with experience handling Out of Network, In Network, HMO, PPO, and Co-Insurance claims experience
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards to protect patient data and maintain ethical practices.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software (e.g., Waystar Clearinghouse and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fully Remote - Must be local in the DFW area
