NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization in the telecommunications and technology services industry to identify a Senior Accountant in Coppell, TX. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting across multiple entities. This position is primarily onsite with limited flexibility as needed.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys transactional work while contributing to process improvements during a period of growth.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments
• Background supporting high-volume transactional work (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll support)
• Exposure to sales tax compliance and multi-state filings
• Experience in private equity-backed or rapidly growing organizations
• Industry experience in telecom, SaaS, or similar sectors
