• 3+ years of piping experience in the mechanical construction industry
• Conducts quantity takeoffs and reviews project plans/specifications to gain a complete understanding of the project's scope.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• Monitors all addenda, scope changes, and breakouts to ensure they are processed and incorporated into the estimate on time.
