This newly created position, due to growth, will assist the Operations Manager in maintaining relationships with vendors and providing operational support to team members and corporate departments. This organization offers a tremendous compensation package with unlimited room for growth.

• Multi-family property management experience
• Proficiency in maintaining relationships with vendors, reviewing contracts, renters’ insurance, and appliance rentals
• Assist in implementing new programs, initiatives, and special projects as needed
• Provide operational support to the operations team and corporate departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present
