Requirements for this opportunity include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Oversee open positions in the applicant tracking system (ATS), posting vacancies, maintaining candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records
• Proven success in sourcing talent through multiple channels, including online, platforms, networking, employee referrals, and events.
• 1+ year of recruiting experience (corporate recruiting preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills, must be able to work with Senior Leaders of organizations
• Experience filling a variety of roles across different departments
