Requirements for this opportunity include:

• Lead and support a team of AR/Collections Specialists in a professional services environment.
• Help transition the team from a reactive to a more proactive collections approach.
• Implement and refine collections strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Handle escalated client accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally with billing and operational teams to improve overall processes and reduce DSO.
• Experience with Elite 3E and/or Intapp software is highly preferred.
• MUST have law firm collections experience or strong professional services collections experience.
