Credit and Collections Manager. Accounts Receivable Manager. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large Consumer Packaged Goods organization in Dallas that is looking to hire an experienced Credit and Collections Manager for their team. This role will be hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) in Dallas so candidates must be local to the Dallas market. 

Candidates should have the following experience:

• 8+ years of corporate credit and collections experience including 3+ years of experience managing personnel
• Strong credit policy experience
• Strong Risk Management experience including any experience working through bankruptcy proceedings
• Strong experience analyzing and optimizing cash flow
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
• Experience with SAP
• Experience managing a 100M dollar plus portfolio
